ENTRY QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience or
- Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, in Sri Lanka with 5 years of work experience in HRM, or CEOs with five years of experience in the current post with proven track record in management or
- Any other professional qualifications acceptable to the Senate of OUSL.
