ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Category I
Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of Colombo or an equivalent qualification to which is acceptable to the Senate of the University of Colombo.
OR
Category II
Minimum of three passes in any subject stream of GCE A/L in one and same sitting and minimum of three years’ experience in executive level in any public/private organization.
AND
A good command in the language of instruction of the programme that the applicant applied for.
