Diploma in Tourism Operations – OUSL – 2023
Applications are invited for the Diploma in Tourism Operations 2023, Offered by the Department of Social Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Open University of Sri Lanka.
The one-year Diploma in Tourism Operations Programme has been designed to introduce the multi-disciplinary nature of the tourism industry and the links it has with the various sub-sectors. The components of the industry are discussed during the first semester using 4 core courses compulsory to all students. Thereafter the students have the option of selecting their special stream either in Hotel Operations or Travel Operations during the second semester and covering 4 courses. A practical component is also included, and the programme is worth 30 credits.

Course fee – Rs. 44,800 (Paid in Two Installments)
Application fee – Rs. 500
Overseas Students
Tuition Fee: US$ 2,160*
*: In addition to the above fee, the fundable deposit of US$ 1000 will be charged to the foreign students before registration.
