ENTRY REQUIREMENT
- Passed all three subject in the G.C.E (A/L) examination
OR
- Completion of NVAF level 4/SLQF level
OR
- A foundation course in the field of Library and Information Science equivalent to SLQF level 2 with a minimum of 12 years of schooling.
OR
- 4 year work experience in the field of Library and Information Services with a minimum of 12 years of schooling.

- Printout of the filled application form with the original bank payment slip should be sent by registered post to the Assistant Registrar, Centre for Distance and Continuing Education, No. 43, Old Galaha Road, Peradeniya.
