Diploma in English Language – RUSL – 2024
Applications are invited from interested candidates for the Diploma in Course in English Language 2024/2025 (Intake 24) Conducted by the Department of English Language Teaching, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (RUSL)
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- A candidate should have passed General G.C.E (A/L) examination or an equivalent qualification or a course equivalent to SLQF level 2 or NVQ 4 and
- A pass (S) for General English at G.C.E A/L or
- A Credit pass (C) for English at G.C.E or
- Basic or Professional English Certificate from a recognized University or
- A pass at the National Certificate in English or
- A pass at the compulsory English examination conducted by a University as a requirement for the award of a degree.
- A degree in English medium from a recognized university or
- Any other qualification, the Board of Studies may , on case-by-case evaluation, consider suitable and acceptable to the Senate or
- An Advanced Certificate in English form a recognized University.

- Duration – One Year
- Course fee – LKR 33,500/=
- Lectures – Saturday or Sunday
