Textile Manufacturing – OUSL – 2023

The Open University of Sri Lanka invites Applications for Bachelor of Industrial Studies Honours – Textile Manufacture Specialization. this program is designed to provide an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in the area of the production of textile materials such as fibres, yarns and fabrics. The finishing process of fabrics, quality control and some managerial aspects will also be taught under this program.

Duration – 4 Year

Tuition fee – Level 3 and 4 – LKR 1,150 per credit

Level 5 and 6 – LKR 1,750 per credit

Admission

obtained three passes in any stream, at the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination in one setting

or

completed the Certificate in Industrial Studies in Apparel technology offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka

or

completed the Advanced Certificate in Industrial Studies in Apparel technology offered by the Open University

or

completion of any foundation Programme offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka,

or

secured an equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate
