- MBBS / Ayurvedic or any other equivalent qualification
- B.Sc degree of SLQL 05 or above in Biological Science or in a related field.
- B.Sc degree of SLQL 05 with years of work experience in a related field.
- Any other qualification acceptable to the University Senate.
