Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies – UoC – 2024
Application are invited from interested candidates for the Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies 2024 ,Offered by University of Colombo.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institution in development studies or related subject area; OR
- Any other Bachelor’s degree, with prior learning/work experience in development studies or related subject area; OR
- Professional qualification in development studies or related subject area from a recognized professional body acceptable to the Faculty Board and Senate of the University with prior learning/ work experience in development studies or related subject area; OR
- Completion of NVQ level 7 (equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in SLQF) with relevant work experience in development studies or related subject area as determined by the Faculty Board and the Senate; OR
- Diploma or Higher Diploma from the University of Colombo or an equivalent qualification to SLQF Three/Four (03/04) with two/three years relevant work experience in development studies or related subject area as determined by the Faculty Board and Senate of the University; AND
- A good knowledge of English language and satisfactory performance at a selection test and/or selection interview.
Each application under clause (iv) and clause (v) shall be considered on its merit.
