Foundation Course in Pastry and Bakery – SLITHM – 2023
Applications are invited for Certificate in Pastry and Bakery Foundation Course 2023, Offered by the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (SLITHM).
Certificate Level Pastry and Bakery Program will be implemented this year. For the first time, we are going to start this course at the provincial level to uplift the social standard of rural children. Our effort is to promote the Pastry and Bakery Program, especially in rural areas.
Course Duration – 03 Months / 05 Months
Level – Foundation Course
Medium – English
Age limit – 18 years or above
Entry Qualifications
- G.C.E (O/L) minimum 06 passes including 3 credits and another pass
OR
- Craft Level at SLITHM with one-year industrial training in the relevant field
OR
- Those who are already employed in the industry with 02 years industrial training in the relevant field.
