Government of Russia Scholarship – 2023/24

The Russian government informs about the start of registration for studies at Russian universities within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation (budget) for the 2023/2024 academic year

Registration on the https://education-in-russia.com/ portal will take place from December 23, 2022, to February 20, 2023

Required scanned copies of documents at the 1st stage of selection:

1️⃣ Application form ;

2️⃣ Photo in electronic form;

3️⃣ Consent of the candidate to the processing, transfer and storage of personal data ;

4️⃣ Internal passport | ID-card | international passport | residence permit (permit) with a residence permit ;

5️⃣ Report card for grades 10-11 (annual and quarter grades) | certificate for 11 classes | academic transcript | diploma with grades ;

6️⃣ Other documents confirming the individual achievements of the candidate: diplomas, diplomas, certificates, thanks, articles, publications, etc. (for the last 2 years).

7️⃣ A letter of recommendation from the university (if available) – for applicants for master’s, residency or postgraduate studies, as well as for creative specialities of bachelor’s and specialist’s degrees.
